I purchased some items from this outfit went to pickup on Saturday 25/10/2020. As well as 10% buyers premium they then wanted to charge me another 5% for using my credit card. Credit cards are a business cost not a consumer cost, businesses are not allowed to charge for Cc use. Also in the middle of this pandemic not one single member of their staff was wearing a mask, when I mentioned this I was told "oh we didn't have time to put one on"! A 3rd rate amateurish company.
